Deborah Simy Sinigaglia is an international Publicist, Creative Producer and Talent Strategist with over 15 years of experience across fashion, luxury, hospitality and the entertainment industry.
Her career spans Paris, Milan, Ibiza and global markets, managing celebrities, advising luxury brands, and producing high-profile events and artistic projects.
Deborah has collaborated with A-list talents, designers, global brands and world-renowned entertainment figures.
Known for her refined taste, calm leadership and intuitive understanding of people, she combines creativity with strategic clarity and a deeply human approach.

An intimate beach celebration at Belmond Villa Sant’Andrea, Taormina, celebrating the launch of the Chloé capsule collection with NET-A-PORTER , last June 2026. MDKREATIVE curated the DJ talent, bringing Mia Moretti to the decks to create the soundtrack for an exclusive evening where fashion, music and Mediterranean elegance came together.
FERRARI WORLD PREMIERE MIAMI
In May 2024, we had the privilege of contributing to the Ferrari World Premiere in Miami, an event that celebrated innovation, heritage, and the spirit of performance.
For this remarkable occasion, we curated a series of artistic moments designed to elevate the experience and embody Ferrari’s unmistakable DNA.
We brought Cassy, delivering a refined and magnetic soundtrack, Eleonora Abbagnato, whose presence added timeless grace, and dancers from the Martha Graham Dance Company, performing exclusive contemporary pieces created for the night.
The result was a sequence of unforgettable performances—elegant, powerful, and emotionally resonant—perfectly in harmony with the Ferrari universe.
